DTF Heat Press Settings

Temperature: 150–165°C (300–330°F)

Most commonly used: 160°C (320°F)

Time: 10–15 seconds

Pressure: Medium to firm

Cold peel (most DTF films):

Let it cool completely, then peel.

Some films are warm peel → always check your film’s instructions.

Second Press (Recommended)

After peeling, cover with parchment/Teflon

Press again for 5–10 seconds

This improves durability and finish

Fabric Types

Cotton: 160°C / 15 sec

Polyester: 150–155°C / 10–12 sec

Blends: 155–160°C / 12–15 sec
