Image Quality for DTF Prints
Please read before uploading your design — following these tips will help make sure your prints come out looking their best!
1. File Type:
Use a PNG file with a transparent background if possible.
2. Resolution:
Your image should be 300 DPI or higher to keep it clear and sharp. Low-quality images can look blurry or pixelated. Please refer to best practice below.
Best practices:
- For bulk orders of text-based designs, stick with 600 or more DPI
- For photo-realistic designs or small lettering, increase to 1200 DPI
3. Size:
Make sure your design is the right size for your print. Stretching a small image can make it look fuzzy.
4. Colors:
Use RGB colors when saving your design for the best color match when printing.
5. Backgrounds:
Please make sure the background has been removed, make sure your image has a transparent background.
6. Quality Check:
We review every file before printing. If there’s an issue with your image quality, we’ll contact you before we print.
